​Welcome to UKReef Hampshire. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.ukreefhampshire.co.uk and the purchase of our products. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
​1. General Conditions & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. This includes the right to cancel an order if we believe a transaction is fraudulent, or if a piece of livestock is deemed unfit for shipping prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund.
​2. Livestock and Product Representation
​Live Animals: Corals are living creatures. While we make every effort to photograph and describe our corals accurately, variations in color, size, and shape may occur. Please note that coral coloration can look different depending on your specific aquarium lighting spectrum and intensity.
​WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get): If a coral is explicitly listed as WYSIWYG, you will receive the exact piece pictured. For all other listings, the photo serves as a highly accurate representation of the species and color morph you will receive.
​3. Limitation of Liability & Consequential Loss
UKReef Hampshire guarantees that our livestock is healthy at the time of dispatch. However, introducing new livestock to an established aquarium always carries inherent risks.
​We strongly advise all customers to dip and quarantine new arrivals.
​Under no circumstances shall UKReef Hampshire be held liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of existing livestock, tank crashes, equipment failure, or damage to property resulting from the purchase or introduction of our products. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
​4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.
​5. Shipping and Returns
Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund/DOA Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the protocols outlined in those policies.
​6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to original macro photography, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of UKReef Hampshire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our images for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
​7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
